Pat Finn, VERCOR Managing Director brings a solid business background to Vercor.  Pat was President of a successful NYSE manufacturing subsidiary at the age of 26.  Pat was schooled in the art of buying and selling businesses under the tutelage of this NYSE company.

Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset, he departed the safe harbor of the large corporation to purchase and develop a national kitchen products distributorship.  His passion for consummating the optimum deal drove him to sell the distribution company and focus exclusively on selling and valuing businesses.  Pat has worked with numerous companies on profit enhancement and positioning companies to maximize their value for the long term.

Pat is an accomplished speaker on topics related to Buying, Valuing, and Selling businesses. Pat has served on industry board and is a past president of Wichita Independent Business Association (WIBA).  He is a past member of the Associate Board of Kansas Newman College and started and chaired the Advisory Board of a local high school.

Pat has a BS in Business Administration from Rockhurst College with an emphasis in Marketing and an MBA from Wichita State University with an emphasis in finance.
