Michelle works as a Project Coordinator in support of Doug Milner’s practice at Vercor.  Michelle is responsible for overseeing various phases of each client engagement including research, packaging, financial analysis, and document preparation.  In addition, Michelle assists in managing the due diligence protocol for each of Mr. Milner’s client projects.

Michelle is a cost accountant with over 8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.  Prior to joining Vercor, Michelle held top-level cost accounting positions at both Aerojet Fine Chemical in Rancho Cordova, California, and at Leatherman Tool Group in Portland, Oregon, where she was responsible for product costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Michelle earned her BS in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management Accounting from Southern Oregon University, where she was a member of the women’s basketball team.
