Dave Bonini, VERCOR Managing Director: Dave joined the merger and acquisition field after participating in hundreds of transactions in the high technology market.  In doing so, he worked with businesses and investment groups headquartered around the world in industries like distribution, manufacturing and services.  

With years of experience working at technology speed, Dave brings a systematic approach to M&A which can quickly establish unique selling points, convey those points to potential buyers and create deal structures that inure to the benefit of all parties.

Dave has an A.B in cognitive development and an M.B.A from the University of California at Berkeley and has done post-graduate work at Stanford University.  He is a native of Northern California and enjoys time on the golf course and devoting time to science education for kids.
