Vijay Madyastha, MPH, VERCOR Senior Transaction Director, has extensive expertise in the healthcare industry, having served most recently as a Manager in Tatum Consulting’s Healthcare Provider and Payor practice group. He got his start in management consulting with Arthur Andersen and has worked for “Big 5” firms for 7 years, consulting to large academic medical centers, health plans, physician groups, integrated delivery networks and community-based hospitals. While in management consulting, his expertise centered on operational, technical and benchmarking ventures, as well as providing valuation services to many of his clients. His expertise includes revenue cycle management, the assessment of healthcare information systems and the effects of government reimbursement programs on various healthcare entities.

Since joining VERCOR, Vijay works on all aspects of an M&A deal from initial client outreach, compiling, organizing and processing financial data to maintaining the marketing outreach leading to ultimate deal completion.

Vijay obtained his Bachelors in Chemistry as well as his Masters in Public Health (Health Policy and Management) from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
