Ted Gardiner , VERCOR Managing Director began his career as a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in Washington, D.C. He then spent several years with the international law firm of Jones Day, and later joined the legal division of The Lubrizol Corporation, a Fortune 500 specialty chemical company. At Lubrizol, he developed the company’s acquisition program and directed its efforts in several US and cross border acquisitions and joint ventures.
Ted retired from Lubrizol in 2003 and became a partner in CDI Global B.V., an international merger and acquisition consulting firm.

Ted received his Bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and his law degree from Ohio State University. He is married with two grown children and two grandchildren. Ted has been a lifelong avid outdoorsman, enjoying fly fishing, hunting, scuba diving and motorcycling
