Ron Lasko , VERCOR Managing Director brings years of experience as a business attorney representing a wide array of closely held companies. He has been involved in all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions business, as managing partner of a successful law practice and in consulting for a variety of completed M&A transactions. Ron serves on the Board of several companies involved in manufacturing, distribution, trucking and construction.
Ron has been actively involved in a business law practice since he first entered the legal business. He formed his own firm, Lasko & Associates Co., L.P.A. in 1985, and serves as President of the firm. Mr. Lasko received his B.A. from Ohio State University and graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1976. Ron also benefits from early tax training and experience, being an alumnus of the tax department of Deloitte Touche.

Ron has been married for 35 years, has three adult sons, is active on the Board of Lakewood Country Club, and enjoys golf and fly fishing. He is currently volunteering time and effort to bring the “Medical Mart,” a massive trade show operation, to Cleveland, Ohio. Ron and his family have enjoyed extensive travel to Singapore, Thailand, Iceland and Europe.
