Chris Jankowski, VERCOR Managing Director, has owned and operated multiple privately held businesses in over 30 years of entrepreneurial endeavors. Prior to establishing his M&A practice, Chris gained valuable experience brokering and financing large investment real estate transactions and participating in Real Estate development projects. His breadth of experience perfectly suited his move into the Mergers & Acquisitions industry, where empathically serving the needs of owners through a complex and critical process has become the most rewarding aspect of each project.

Chris enjoys working with owners, whether they are buying or selling a business. His own experience as a principal gives him a unique perspective among practitioners and he cares deeply about the relationships and responsibility inherent in his capacity as an advisor. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a licensed investment real estate broker and financial advisor.

Chris and his wife Ellie of 25 years reside in Syracuse, NY with the younger two of their four children. Chris and Ellie are active volunteers in the community and also coach youth sports. Chris is a founding member of the Youth Sports Foundation, which raises funds for non-profit sport organizations. Hobbies include recreational sports of all sorts, camping, hiking and outdoor activities.
