William B. Contessa, CM&AA, VERCOR Managing Director, brings a wealth of business experience to VERCOR. He is a well-known innovator, investor and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the financial services and digital information industries.

William has been responsible for the founding, development, and financing of numerous business ventures. His primary role in these activities has been that of originator, developer and financier. He has bought and sold companies and advised business owners on mergers, acquisitions and the development of growth and exit strategy. Bill is a member of The Alliance of Mergers and Acquisition Advisors (AMAA) and has been awarded the Certified Mergers and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) designation from Loyola University in Chicago.

Bill is a graduate of Hofstra University and resides in Bronxville, NY with his wife, Nancy, an Interior Designer. He has two adult sons, Brice and Drew.
