Tom McCoy, VERCOR Managing Director, comes to VERCOR with an extensive background in strategy and development for companies throughout the U.S., Europe and South America. He is the author of two business books, and he has been featured in the Wall Street Journal. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and a member of the Board of Directors for Executive Agents, Inc.

Tom’s career evolved into the Merger & Acquisition field from business process consulting. His focus on helping owners increase earnings organically, grow asset value through acquisition, and develop and implement an exit strategy for maximum value aligns perfectly with the VERCOR methodology.

Tom enjoys outdoor activites such as golf, sailing, hunting as well as spending time with his wife and two grown sons. He is active in civic work as a supporter of the Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired. He also participates in fundraising for Rockhurst High School.
