Tim Kolstad, VERCOR Managing Director, joined the VERCOR team in 2005. He has more than five years of experience in helping middle market business owners understand and drive the value of their businesses, and he has diverse industry experience that includes construction, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, personal services, business services, and technology.

Mr. Kolstad has significant experience in the valuation of businesses and intangible assets. While working with one of the largest valuation firms in the southwestern United States, he has assisted several business owners and their professionals in pre-transaction planning and analysis, transaction negotiation and support, and post-transaction accounting for financial reporting purposes.

Mr. Kolstad’s professional certifications include Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser) of the American Society of Appraisers. He also holds an MBA degree from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
