Don Wenk, VERCOR Managing Director, joined the VERCOR team in 2005. He began his career as an auditor, giving him a solid background in financial reporting and internal control systems for both large and small businesses. Since leaving the audit profession, Mr. Wenk has had approximately ten years of consulting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC and Ringel Kotzin Valuation Services. In his role of consultant, he has assisted businesses for various purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcies, financial reporting, tax reporting, and commercial litigation. His function as consultant has typically revolved around valuing the business or its intellectual property. His audit background has also afforded him the opportunity to work on the due diligence process prior to several large acquisitions.

Mr. Wenk’s professional certifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA). Don also holds an MBA degree from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
